Architectural

Our staff are highly experienced in working closely with architects and design consultants, not only in following plans, drawings and instructions clearly, but also developing close working relationships, resulting in the completion of high quality buildings that satisfy the expectations of both architect and client.

Building relationships with the creative team behind an architecturally-designed project, as well as with the subcontractors who make it a reality, is key to making any build successful. The experience and expertise of our Site Manager and Project Manager enables them to:

Project Management

This is why we, as Master Builders, aim to use the best project management strategy possible in the Christchurch building industry to take care of our builds, our clients and our trades. We take pride in offering project management services professionally and thoroughly by:

• Overseeing all our sub-trades included in our quotation
• Coordinating the contract works including client-supplied items
• Ensuring completion in a timely manner with a critical path programme for all projects
• Weekly project meetings with the design consultant and client
• A dedicated site foreman, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of the project
• Project finances overseen and managed by a quantity surveyor

Design and Build

Working with clients who share our passion for innovation and exceptional quality in any type of project - be that commercial or residential - through our Design and Build service, we will oversee and deliver on all facets of the construction process.
