Warren & Mahoney Offices

Warren and Mahoney's 1000m2 studio demonstrates current workplace design thinking through clear identity, flexible floor plates and a diversity of work and meeting spaces. The functional office environment promotes a culture of open innovation. A generous amphitheatre stair provides a collaborative and social heart that caters for presentation and interaction with clients, consultants and creative professionals. The material palette and detailing reflect the desire for a timeless interior space that will adapt to multiple workstyles.

The new office marks Warren and Mahoney's return to the central city and demonstrates a sense of strength, creativity and positive engagement with the public realm through transparency of activity.

Testimonial

"On behalf of the Directors of Warren and Mahoney and the Christchurch studio, we would like to take this opportunity of thanking you for the superb fitout you have helped us create in our new building. The response by staff, clients and fellow consultants alike has been extremely positive and not the least has been due to the level of workmanship that has been carried out to achieve what we believe is something special relative to workspace design. We are aware that at times it was difficult as we faced the usual issues of cost, time and quality etc but you have been very professional and your positive relationship with our team has been instrumental."
