Subcontractors

• We recommend a broadband connection for downloading / viewing of documents.
• You need to login to view Current Tender documents. If you have not already registered with us, please contact our officeto do so.
• The documents enclosed may not be the full set intended for pricing - please view the full list of documents in our office.
• Please note when printing documents from PDF files they may not be to the scale drawn. Please ensure you check all dimensions.

Prequalification

Each contractor employed by a PCBU must be prequalified under the new HSWA 2015, Image have a basic prequalification questionnaire all contractors are required to fill out and submit for approval before you can commence work on our sites.  This needs to be renewed annually.  If you have not undertaken one for us, please contact admin@image.co.nz and request your prequalification questionnaire to complete.

Contract

• We will require each subcontractor to enter into a subcontract agreement with us for each project undertaken.  A copy of the subcontract general conditions can be viewed here.
• Each project will have its own specific and special conditions of contract. These are negotiated for each project.
• Please see the enclosed site rules and protocols for working on an Image site.  They are applicable to all sites at all times.

Payment claims and Variations

• Payment claims need to be submitted to the Project QS by the 25th of each month
• Subcontractors are encouraged to use the following approved documents when submitting payment claims and variations.  The forms are simple to use and comply with the CCA 2002
